It’s an 11-inch IPS display with a nice high resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels. Other aspects of the screen are also very good. You can lower the frequency in the settings to save the battery. This makes animations look especially smooth – but I have to admit that it’s really hard to see a difference to 120Hz. The flagships from Samsung and Apple, as well as the Pad 5 predecessor, manage 120Hz only. The Xiaomi Pad 6 is the first tablet to be released with a 144Hz display. ![]() We’ll start this review with the screen, because there is an important new feature here. ![]() Xiaomi has not launched it for the US market yet but I’m assuming they will because the predecessor has been released in the United States too.
